In August, my husband and I sold our house and moved in with my parents until we find a new house. It was tough leaving the first home we purchased together, but we knew it was the right move. Although we fell in love with the house the first time we walked through it, we just bought too much of a house. It is just the two of us and Honey, our beagle; we don’t need a 4 bedroom home with a finished basement and huge backyard. So, at the ripe old age of 40 (and 46), we decided to downsize.
November is just the beginning of a holiday season full of good food and yummy treats! For me (and I’m sure many of you), this is the hardest time of year to keep a healthy lifestyle.
