Crock Pot Chicken ‘n Dumplings
2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 32 oz box of chicken broth
1 Large can of Cream of Chicken soup
1 box of cream cheese
1/2 bag of small carrots, chopped
Your favorite seasonings
1 can of pre-made biscuits or croissants
Pour chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and chicken in crock-pot along with your favorite seasonings — let it stew on low until chicken is cooked through (the chicken should just fall apart by the touch of the spoon and not have any pink in it)
Add chopped mini carrots and and cream cheese
About 20 minutes before serving, take the can of biscuits or croissants and break the dough into little bite size pieces and drop into crock pot – 20 minutes later you have an inexpensive, easy meal that your family is sure to love!
