Berry Cheesecake Thins
This sweet treat can be a 3 SmartPoints® snack if you eat one half or a breakfast if you eat both! It is so easy to make and only requires 3 ingredients:
- 1 Arnold® Sandwich Thins rolls endorsed by Weight Watchers (3 SmartPoints)
- 2 Tbsp Weight Watchers Reduced Fat Whipped Strawberry Cream Cheese (3 SmartPoints)
- 1/2 Cup mixed berries (0 SmartPoints)
Just toast the Arnold Sandwich Thins roll, cover each half with 1 Tbsp of the Strawberry Cream Cheese and top with the mixed berries. So easy, sweet, and delicious!
You can find the Arnold Sandwich Thins in the bread section of Walmart. Make sure you look for the Weight Watchers symbol on the package showing it is endorsed by Weight Watchers. Not only are these rolls great for a snack or breakfast, they make awesome sandwiches, are an excellent source of fiber and come in multiple flavors.
Cinnamon Sugar Popcorn
This is another easy to make 3 SmartPoints® sweet treat!
- 1 100 calorie pack of JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn endorsed by Weight Watchers (3 SmartPoints)
- 2-3 sprays of fat-free cooking spray (0 SmartPoints)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Cinnamon (0 SmartPoints)
- 1 tsp Stevia (0 SmartPoints)
In a small bowl mix together the ground cinnamon and stevia. Pop the JOLLY TIME® Healthy Pop® Popcorn according to directions and put in a bowl. Spray the popcorn with fat-free cooking spray and toss to coat. Pour the cinnamon/stevia mixture over the popcorn and toss to coat.

When I don’t have time to make my own sweet treat, I reach for one of the Weight Watchers® Ice Cream Novelties you can find in the frozen aisle of Walmart. They have numerous treats under 100 calories to choose from and they range from 2 to 4 SmartPoints® per serving – much less than regular ice cream and other frozen treats. My favorites are the Giant Fudge and the Peanut Butter Caramel Ice Cream Candy Bars shown above.
