At this time of year, many people are looking for ways to improve their lives. This is probably why so many resolutions are made on the first of the year. However, as I’m sure you know, these resolutions don’t usually last long. But why? I think it is because most resolutions are difficult to put into practice. How does this improve your life? Instead, I think that we should be looking for ways to simplify our lives. I’d rather improve my life by making it easier, how about you? So, for 2019, here are 5 things to simplify:
1. Simplify grocery shopping
One of my least favorite things to do is grocery shopping—it is right up there with doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom. This is why I am going to simplify my grocery shopping in 2019. Fortunately, Walmart has made this easy to do by giving two options: Online Grocery Pickup or Delivery. I can shop online and pick up my groceries at my local Walmart or have them delivered right to my door. This is perfect for busy couples or people like me who don’t like to grocery shop. Make sure to check your local Walmart to see if this service is available.

2. Simplify your mornings
Many days, I need to eat breakfast on the go. I also need to have snacks that I can bring with me for the day. This means that I need to have some delicious and easy grab and go options readily available. When I’m rushing out the door quickly, I will usually grab Chobani® Less Sugar* Greek Yogurt. 3. Simplify your purse
A few years ago I organized my purse and have never gone back. As you can see in the photo above, I took a coupon organizer, made it a bit prettier and filled it with the odds and ends that were rolling around in my purse. If it takes you 10 minutes to find what you are looking for in your purse, you should definitely simplify it by making one of these purse organizers. (click the image for directions)

4. Simplify your car
Just like with my purse, it can take me 10 minutes to find what I need in the car! The glove compartment and center console area are full of things. That is why I made an easy car organizer. 5. Simplify your m
Meal planning. I’m sure you’ve heard this many times before—that is because it works. If you want to eat delicious meals while minimizing the time you spend shopping and prepping, you need to plan ahead. Sit down once a week and organize your meals/recipes for the week. Write out a grocery list as you go. Then head over to the Walmart site and create your Online Grocery Pickup or Delivery like I talked about in #1 above.
