Despite the way my breath smells, and despite the way my sweat smells the next day, I LOVE to eat garlic! I was thrilled to learn that there are so many others that share my love of garlic that they created a whole day for it. Yes, you read that right, April 19 is National Garlic Day. Are you ready to celebrate? Here is some garlic trivia to get you in the mood:
- Alliumphobia is what the fear of garlic is called.
- Garlic only contains 4 calories per clove.
