When I look at my Instagram feed, it seems that more and more people are moving away from processed foods and trying to eat a clean diet—Oh, and more people are trying those wraps and essential oils, but I digress— Getting a cleaner diet can seem like a daunting task; especially if you have been a junk food addict most of your life like me.
