Recently I told you about some ways you may not have heard about to control your appetite. Well, I have been using the one, Meta Appetite Control, since then and I can tell you that it really works! As someone who works from home, it is really tough for me not to snack all day long plus eat 3 meals a day. In a smoothie
I’ve always really liked orange creamsicles so I thought I would try to make a smoothie that tasted like an orange creamsicle with a combination of orange and vanilla. With only 5 ingredients (or 6 if you count the ice), this smoothie is easy and fast to make. I found that if I want to drink the whole thing, it can easily be used to replace my breakfast in the morning. Or, if I split it with my husband, we can both enjoy it as a between meal snack.
All you need to do is put milk, a frozen banana, an orange, a scoop vanilla protein powder, and ice in a blender and blend until combined. Then you add 1 serving of Meta Appetite Control and blend it into the smoothie. Pour it into 2 glasses if you want to share, and drink it right away.
If you want more of an orange flavor, you can add in some orange juice. If you want more of a vanilla flavor, you could add in some vanilla extract. Play around with the ingredients until you get it exactly the way you want.
When I say that this smoothie is the most filling smoothie you’ve ever had, I am not lying! With about 7g of fiber and 16g of protein in one serving (or double if you drink the whole thing), you are not going to be hungry any time soon.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tsp Meta Appetite Control powder
- Put first 5 ingredients in a blender and blend until combined.
- Add Meta Appetite Control and blend until incorporated.
- Pour into a glass and drink right away.
Drink one serving as a way to control appetite between meals or drink both servings as a breakfast.
