Avocados are my new obsession! A healthy fat? Who wouldn’t love them? I also love guacamole, but I hate chopping up tomatoes and onions (especially onions) to make this delicious treat. So, I came up with the absolutely easiest way to make guacamole—so easy it can hardly be called a recipe. Three ingredients and a couple minutes is all this guacamole recipe takes!

So simple, right? My husband (and most people) enjoy guacamole with tortilla chips. I have found that I also really like it with carrots. I love the combination of the sweet baby carrot with the spicy dip. How do you eat your guacamole?

Love the short-cut of using salsa! Aren’t avocados so great?! I love that they can be used in just about any recipe 🙂

I always add a splash of fresh lemon or lime juice. Keeps the guac from turning brown. I never thought to add salsa to it, great idea 🙂

Great idea, Tiffany! Lime juice sounds really good. I didn’t know that would help with it turning brown. I have also heard that if you put the Avocado pit/seed in the bowl (while it is in the fridge), it will help with that… haven’t tried it yet, so I’m not sure if that is true.
