Okay, unless you have been living in a cave, you have probably been hearing more and more about the importance of digestive health and probiotics. But, do you know what the two have to do with each other? How about how to get these great natural probiotics? Well, let me tell you! Probiotics are “friendly” bacteria, found in the gut, that help us digest foods and fight harmful bacteria. Sound pretty awesome, right? Well, they are!
How to get natural probiotic
As you can see, probiotics are in some common foods – and some not so common foods. So, it may not be that easy to get them in on a daily basis. That is why Insync Probiotics (found at Walgreens) are a good choice. Plus, they have a patented GI Guard® technology that ensures the probiotic organisms reach your intestines alive by shielding them from stomach acid.

3-Ingredient Tropical Smoothie Recipe
The most commonly eaten food with probiotics is yogurt. Here is a recipe that I eat to get more probiotics when needed.
First, I take a Greek yogurt and freeze it in an ice cube tray overnight. For this recipe I use the Tropical Fruit flavor from Yoplait (only 100 calories).
Then I gather the other 2 necessary ingredients: 1 cup milk and 1 cup frozen peaches.
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Doesn’t it look delicious? It is, and refreshing too! Plus, you are getting some much needed natural probiotics!
So, how do you get your probiotics? Have you ever tried Incync Probiotics?
