Blogger Opportunity - Pinazon Giveaway Signups

Note to readers: This is NOT a giveaway, this is for bloggers to sign up for a giveaway in the future. If you are a blogger, please read on. If you are not a blogger, this will probably be a bunch of gibberish…just know that a great giveaway is coming to you soon!

I have teamed up with Callista’s Ramblings to bring you a group giveaway to help you increase your Pinterest following and get more pins.

Giveaway Details

Dates: Aug 27 12:01 am EST – Sept 10 11:59pm EST
Prize: Amazon Card, prize TBD but estimated at $100
Entries: Pinterest Follows and repins from your pinterest source link (explained later)
Fee: $3/Pinterest profile paid via paypal as payment owed to stacey {at} newlywedsurvival {dot} com

The ONLY requirement is to post the giveaway on your blog with the rafflecopter which will be provided for you a few days ahead. We would love it if you’d post the button in your sidebar or tweet/fb share about the giveaway signups but that’s completely optional.

How the Repin Option Works

If you don’t already know, you can see what has been pinned from your blog by using a link that looks like this: http://pinterest.com/source/blogurl.com (for example mine is http://pinterest.com/source/newlywedsurvival.com). If you haven’t had anything pinned from your blog, it will show a 404 error.

For your fee, you will get your Pinterest profile included for follows (a bunch of follows will be on page for a lot of entries) as well as repins from your source link. So, entrants will go to your source page (as shown above) and repin one of your pins. Since they were all pinned from your blog, they will all link back to your blog.

Check your source link and if you don’t have many pins, use the time between now and the start of the giveaway to trade pins with other bloggers or pin a few things from your own blog (but just a few.)
